ISO: Research Participants 55 years and Older

Jelena Peric Klajajic is a doctoral research student who is seeking nurses 55 years of age or older to participate in a research study. The study aims to examine retirement decision making of nurses during the pandemic to determine ways in which they can better support the aging workforce and possibly extend work life. The inclusion criteria for participation are: 

• Be a nurse aged 55 years or older
• Practice or have practiced in a direct patient care role in the state of Arizona between March 2020 and the present 
• Wiling to participate in a 60-minute, one-on-one interview via Microsoft Teams and answer required demographic questions
