Our board meetings are bi-monthly, scheduled prior to the GPAC events and is an open forum. If a board meeting will be occuring it will be listed in the event details and will almost always preceed the event and be at the event venue. Our agenda usually includes, but is not limited to the following as our chapter continues to grow:

• Future monthly event planning, venue and speaker confirmations
• Chapter improvements - what have we accomplished and what do we need to improve on
• Chapter opportunties - what upcoming events can we be a part of or host a booth at
• Member recognition
• Board Member update - President, V.President, Treasure, Secretary, Website, Membership, Special Projects, Marketing Director
• Open - comments and feedback
