Position Description
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN – Neuro & Cardiac
Sign on bonus!
*Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in acute care in the US
We are hiring experienced Progressive Care RNs to join a dynamic team in a high-acuity PCU. These units specialize in neurological, cardiac, or post-surgical patients, offering a collaborative environment with strong team support and professional growth opportunities.
Unit Details:
- Neuro/General PCU
- Cardiac Surgical Stepdown
- Cardiac/General PCU
Position Highlights:
- Shift Options: Days & Nights (3x12s, 7-7:30) with rotating weekends.
- Self-scheduling.
- Sign-on Bonus: $15K (Days) / $20K (Nights)
- Relocation Assistance
- Differentials: 18% nights / $3 per hour weekends
Qualifications:
- RN license & BLS certification required
- 1+ year of acute care RN experience within the past 2 years, will cross train from MedSurg
- ADN or BSN required
